He currently educates personal trainers and runs instructor development programs at The Functional Training Institute. Formerly a successful personal trainer and gym owner in his local community, Tim excels in corrective exercise and high-performance strength training programming. His extensive experience allows him to effectively teach proper movement patterns and exercise techniques to help clients improve athletic performance and overcome injuries.
