Balance Board 101 is a specialized training class designed to enhance balance and stability using the Balance Board. This 4-hour course introduces participants to the fundamentals of balance training with a focus on three key components: core stability, muscle strength, and overall balance. The course combines theoretical knowledge and scientific principles behind each movement, along with practical exercises that can be adjusted to suit different skill levels.
