Course Description

This 12-hour practical course teaches you the skills needed to properly instruct, demonstrate, cue and correct your clients performing resistance training exercises. On completion of this course, you will be able to demonstrate and explain correct set-up and alignment as well as proper exercise form, progressions and regressions. You will acquire spotting techniques for safety as well as assistance, and learn to properly “tell, show, do” over 30 exercises for all major muscle groups
